These directions apply to our servers. If you are using another hosting provider, your settings may differ.

 

FTP Host/Address: (your ip address or domain name)
FTP User: (Control Panel user name)
FTP Password: (Control Panel password)
Port: 2222
Path/directory: (blank)

 

You will need to accept a warning containing a unique identifier for the server you are connecting to. We recommend having your FTP client save this information so you know it is connecting to the same server (not a hacker site) the next time you connect. This is a security feature.

 

We recommend using Filezilla as your SFTP client.
