These directions apply to our servers. If you are using another hosting provider, your settings may differ.

 

This FTP information is found in the welcome email we send.

 

FTP Host/Address: (your ip address)
FTP User: (Control Panel user name)
FTP Password: (Control Panel password)
Port: 21
Path/directory: (blank)

If you have not received the welcome email, please let us know.

Be sure to upload all files and folders inside the public_html directory.
Place your CGI scripts into the cgi-bin directory.

The maximum number of connections from one IP is 8.

 

We recommend using Filezilla as your FTP client.
